Controlled invitations and clearer field operations

CaptureBeacon now makes the path into a private trial clearer while giving approved teams more focused Manager, Operations, and Field experiences.

Invite-gated workspaces: New workspaces require an owner invitation. Approval, sign-in, and workspace setup are kept separate from the public application site.
Installed Manager and Field apps: Managers can plan and oversee work while field teams use a focused mobile event experience, with branding carried through setup.
Operations center: Current events, blockers, and exact next tools are visible together, including mobile platform-operations views.
Exact-event access: Photographer assignments, acceptance, access history, removal, handoff evidence, and approved external destinations are tied to the correct event.
Safer support and recovery: Diagnostics require owner approval, queued timing changes are handled through outages, and migration or recovery handoffs require current evidence.
Public website: A new product tour explains how every surface connects, a full FAQ answers common photographer questions, and the trial application explains approval and acceptance.

A fuller photographer workflow

CaptureBeacon now carries more of the work that surrounds an event—from workspace setup and photographer assignment through the field day, file handoff, gallery delivery, and recovery.

Workspace access: A photographer or organization can create a private alpha workspace with a public name and safe defaults. Broader activation remains reviewed.
Photographer continuity: Assignments survive approved email changes, attendance links expire when access changes, and recovery steps preserve the event record.
Field reliability: Mobile field work records normalized update times, supports event-specific access, and continues controlled offline and synchronization testing.
Delivery and audit history: Exports now retain staffing and delivery evidence, file-count corrections are recorded, and incomplete handoffs remain visible instead of appearing finished.
Public website: The site now explains photographer benefits first, reflects the current capability set, and keeps the guided preview clearly separate from the live product.

Public information and inquiry release

Visitors can learn the event lifecycle, compare verified capability status, explore an invented guided workflow, request access, report problems, share ideas, and contact support.

Inquiry acknowledgment: Each submitted request is stored first, receives a reference number, and can send an acknowledgment from the CaptureBeacon mailbox.
Privacy & security: Forms prohibit participant data and photograph uploads. The preview cannot call payment, gallery, or storage services.
Known limitations: The maintained product remains in controlled alpha testing. Paid access is not active, and the guided preview is not an exact CaptureBeacon interface.
