1. About CaptureBeacon
CaptureBeacon is currently a program of Frames of Service Foundation. It provides a public information site and an invite-only service for coordinating photography events, appointments, mobile service work, and related delivery records.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website or an approved CaptureBeacon workspace, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information, use the service only for lawful work, and have authority to act for any organization or customer records you submit.
3. Early-access service
Product access is reviewed and invite-only. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, availability, or an activation date. Features may change as safeguards, support practices, and operating requirements mature.
4. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for participant permissions, event notices, professional requirements, branding, customer communications, lawful content, and the outside gallery, storage, email, calendar, or messaging providers they choose. Do not submit passwords, unnecessary sensitive information, unlawful material, or content you do not have the right to use.
5. Text messaging terms
The CaptureBeacon transactional messaging program sends booking and service confirmations or updates from +1 877-599-5129. Users may opt in by texting FRAMES to that number or by selecting the required unchecked consent box on the public website form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Promotional and recurring marketing messages are not part of this program.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for providing a mobile number you control and for keeping it current. After an opt-out, CaptureBeacon will not send further program messages unless you provide renewed consent, except where a final confirmation is legally or operationally required.
6. Photograph files and third-party services
CaptureBeacon is designed to store operational records and approved links, not photograph files. Photograph files remain on the user’s device or with the selected outside provider. Third-party services have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an early-access basis. CaptureBeacon may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature to protect users, comply with law, respond to provider requirements, or improve the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or ended for unlawful use, security risk, misuse of participant information, violation of these terms, or conduct that could harm another person, organization, or the service. Workspace owners may request data export or closure through the approved support process, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
CaptureBeacon provides workflow tools and does not certify a user’s legal status, professional license, insurance, business registration, trademark, or service quality. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CaptureBeacon and Frames of Service Foundation are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or an outside provider.
10. Contact and changes to these terms
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Questions may be sent to hello@capturebeacon.com.
