CaptureBeacon keeps the operational work around photography in order. It does not edit, host, or store the photograph files.

Set up the workspace

Choose the name, branding, operating defaults, team access, and approved gallery or storage destinations. Each organization receives its own isolated workspace.

Build the event plan

Start with the right event style, then record the schedule, locations, coverage, equipment, call time, stations, and completion criteria.

Give each photographer a clear assignment

Photographers see the event they are assigned to, the information they need, and the checklist they should complete—without receiving manager-wide access.

Run the day from the field

Track readiness, arrivals, Photo Hubs, camera timing, capture activity, and help requests from a phone or tablet. Preloaded field work can recover after a connection interruption.

Move the photographs to your service

Upload RAW or finished files through the approved outside workflow and prepare the gallery in the provider you already use, such as Pixieset or Dropbox.

Approve, publish, and follow up

Review the external gallery link, record approval, notify the right people, preserve delivery status, and close the event with its history intact.

The useful information changes as the event moves.

Before the event

One assignment with the date, place, call time, role, equipment expectations, and attendance response.

During the event

A mobile checklist, assigned station, camera-clock check, live status, and a direct path to ask for help.

After the event

A visible handoff for RAW files, finished JPEGs, gallery review, corrections, publication, and completion.

A firm boundary

CaptureBeacon keeps the workflow—not the photographs.

It may retain operational status, counts, dates, permissions, external links, completion records, and audit history. Original files, edits, thumbnails, and galleries remain with the photographer’s or organization’s selected provider.
