The preview is illustrative, not a product login. It cannot send messages, publish galleries, charge money, or store the sample activity.
Accept an owner invitation, then configure a private workspace with branding, operating choices, members, and approved destinations.
New workspaces are owner-invited during the controlled alpha. Visiting the public site never creates product access.

CaptureBeacon stores milestones and approved links—not photograph files. Pixieset, Dropbox, or another selected provider holds the files.
Preserve status, counts, dates, assignments, delivery evidence, exports, archive records, and recovery information.
Export safety, recovery, audit continuity, and duplicate-prevention checks are part of the release gate.
Keep each workspace’s identity, people, events, permissions, destinations, and reporting history isolated.
Invitation gating, exact-event access, support approval, and authorization controls exist. Broader rollout remains controlled while isolation and migration evidence are verified.
